We have extensive experience of devising development visions, masterplans and public realm strategies. Recently we were engaged to develop the vision and masterplan for the seafront Stade site in Hastings, on behalf of Hastings Borough Council, managing an extensive process of stakeholder engagement.
Previously, Hana Loftus has worked on the Lea River Park masterplan for the LTGDC (with 5th Studio) and a new sustainability strategy for Suffolk County Council, and while at General Public Agency she worked on masterplanning in Aldgate, Canning Town and Thurrock.
We have worked with with high-level clients across sectors, and operate confidently within the matrix of national and regional authorities and stakeholders. This strategic understanding benefits our work at all scales, which is always done with an awareness of the political, economic and social context.
