We have wide experience of devising development visions, masterplans and public realm strategies. We recently developed the masterplan for the Stade in Hastings [download pdf], for Hastings Borough Council, managing an extensive process of stakeholder engagement. We worked with the client to procure a team to take forward the detailed design and on a successful funding bid to the CABE Sea Change fund, and the masterplan is now being delivered by Tim Ronalds Architects.
Hana Loftus's previous experience includes the Lea River Park masterplan for the LTGDC (with 5th Studio) and a new sustainability strategy for Suffolk County Council, and while at General Public Agency she worked on masterplanning in Aldgate, Canning Town and Thurrock.
Both directors have worked with with high-level clients across sectors, and operate confidently within the matrix of national and regional authorities and stakeholders. This strategic understanding benefits our work at all scales, which is always done with an awareness of the political, economic and social context.
