HAT Projects - architecture and planning practice The design of private homes aims to realise dreams, and can be the most exciting and rewarding of architecture. Here, perhaps more than in any other building type, the chemistry between client and architect is crucial, so we only take on a limited amount of private residential work to ensure that we can respond to the intensity of this commitment.

Most recently, we received planning permission for an extension to a cottage in a rural conservation area near Ludlow.
