HAT Projects - architecture and planning practice

HAT Projects has a range of experience with art galleries and museums, and we are currently working on a new gallery for the Jerwood Foundation in Hastings.

Previously, at Haworth Tompkins, Tom Grieve worked on the V&A Theatre Museum in Covent Garden and the Haunch of Venison contemporary art gallery off Bond Street. Hana Loftus worked extensively with artists at GPA, and on creative and cultural regeneration projects at various scales, including exhibition proposals.

On a programming level we believe in an inclusive approach to culture and attracting diverse audiences while maintaining quality and a critical eye. Architecturally, we enjoy the challenge of making spaces for art that complement rather than dominate the art within and provide scope for curatorial creativity.
